6 Steps to Help Promote Hemorrhoid Healing
There are two types of hemorrhoids.

These are six tips to ease hemorrhoid pain and help promote healing:
- Use a lubricant. Mix a tablespoon of mineral oil with applesauce or yogurt and eat it at breakfast or lunch to allow stool to pass by the hemorrhoid easier. But it’s optional if you do it for a long period because of oil leakage in long term use.
- Elevate your feet. Elevate your feet a bit with a step stool when you sit on the toilet to change the position of the rectum that allows easier passage of stools.
