1. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders ₱850 and above. 

2. Who is your delivery service?

We have plenty of couriers depending on your location, our courier might call you withing the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.

3. How many times will they deliver my product?

Our delivery partner will attempt 2x before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD.

4. How do I track my order?
